Welcome to Focus Mixed Martial Arts (“Focus MMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of focusmma.com, participation in classes, memberships, events, and any services provided by Focus MMA.
By accessing our website, enrolling in classes, purchasing memberships, or participating in any activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Participation in classes and programs is open to individuals who meet our age, health, conduct, and skill requirements.
Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required registrations, waivers, and agreements.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation for safety, misconduct, or violation of gym rules.
Membership plans, class packs, subscriptions, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Focus MMA and its payment processor (including Stripe or any future processor) to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the selected billing cycle.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of access.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
By subscribing, you expressly consent to recurring charges.
To reduce legal risk, the renewal language should also be clearly shown at checkout and in your Stripe subscription flow. This is especially important for disputes and chargebacks.
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or through the designated cancellation method.
30 days written notice is required for cancellation unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
Cancellation becomes effective after the notice period and may include one final billing cycle.
No verbal cancellation requests will be accepted.
This clause is important for enforceability in Florida membership disputes.
All membership fees, enrollment fees, drop-in fees, and promotional purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Missed classes do not entitle members to refunds.
Focus MMA may, at its sole discretion, issue credits in special circumstances.

Martial arts, kickboxing, grappling, sparring, strength training, and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, instruction, equipment use, and contact with other participants.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you waive, release, and discharge Focus MMA, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation in any classes, events, or activities, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

By participating, you represent that you are physically fit and able to engage in martial arts and fitness activities.
You agree to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating.
Focus MMA reserves the right to deny participation for safety reasons.
All members and guests must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
The following may result in immediate suspension or termination:
No refunds will be issued for termination due to misconduct.
Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for minors enrolled in any program.
By registering a child, the parent or guardian accepts all risks and agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor participant.
All content on focusmma.com, including logos, branding, videos, training materials, and images, remains the property of Focus MMA and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
